Hilary Duff shops at Stacey Todd

Hilary Duff was caught doing a bit of after the Oscars shopping over at Stacey Todd. Hilary came out with two bags full of things, no clue what she bought but it was probably something for her trip to Japan. Stacey Todd is located at 13025 Ventura Blvd in California, this is a boutique store full of all types of items the young celebs want. From hip clothing, shoes, candles to jewelry.
