Hilary Duff’s DKNY Jeans Ad
How many of you have been waiting to see this? I know we spoke about her getting this back at the beginning of the year but the ad is finally being released and the pants, errr, jeans are called Femme by Hilary Duff. I think it is the perfect name for a pair of jeans for a female. As many of you known, Duff has always worn DKNY jeans, but for those that didn’t here’s what she had to say about working with them:
“I have always adored and worn DKNY Jeans, so it made perfect sense to reach out to them. We hit it off immediately, sharing a design vision offering something special for young women like me.”
I love the name of the jeans, you’ve got female in them and me. I think it has sassiness, course Hilary had this to say about them:
“One of the hardest things is to come up with a name. But I think Femme works really well and explains the line perfectly as feminine but tough all at the same time. It’s aggressive, but in a good way.”
The sassy part does seem to be what DKNY wants for this fall line: “cool, very edgy, bold, stylish and aggressive.” We all want to stand out with a bit of our own personality, which makes Femme perfect for all women. Duff is also adding a few other items to the line such as charmeuse cozies, skinny jeans with either big or tiny belts, dresses, jackets, sweater tunics with cowl scarves that can be removed, printed necklaces and sweaters, etc. The prices will range from $39-$130 depending on what you buy. My guess is we will see a lot of these outfits on Hilary in the next few months. Can’t wait.
