Hilary Duff

Hilary Duff was spotted eating at the famous Boa Restaurant in West Hollywood this past Saturday with her boyfriend, Mike Comrie, her mom and a friend. It looks as if the foursome had a grand time and sources state that even after they ate their meal they stayed for a while enjoying one another’s company.

For those that have never been to Boa Restaurant they are famous for their steak and seafood. On Saturdays they are only open from 5:30-11:30 p.m.  Some ideas from their menu are:

Atlantic Salmon, Ahi Tuna, Jumbo prawns or Certified Organic New York Strip, Bone-in Ribe-eye, bone-in kansas city filet mignon and many more yummy items. No clue what they ate but I’m sure it was delicious.

Hilary was wearing a black and white shirt that looked like a graph, a pair of black leggins and a nice black jacket that went over it. Her hair was pulled back in a half pony-tail and left to hang.

I’m loving this, I just found that Hilary Duff actually has her OWN twitter account now and she’s been having a ball on the new social site and tweeting all about her Hawaii vacation with boyfriend, Mike Comrie.

Right now it seems she has another addiction and it is on your iPhone (for those that have them) she says to download PapiJump. She even has a pic on her twitter page to her high score. hehe I love how addicting these little games can become.

Okay not much but it shows she’s tuned into the news of the celebrity world. Oh but she does have a Twitter goal and that’s to make it to the top 100 on twitter, currently she’s only at 33,597 so we need to help her out folks.

All winter long we saw Hilary Duff hitting the gym and now she’s hitting the beach. While visiting Hawaii she made sure to take advantage of the beaches there and dressed in a black bikini she enjoyed some of the waves. I must say you can definitely tell she’s been at the gym and unlike many Hollywood stars she doesn’t look like a skeleton. Hilary Duff is going to be showing up at the Kentucky Speedway on June 13 to support her Blessings in a Backpack Program. For those that don’t know they give backpacks out to the kids for the weekend full of enough food so they have meals for the weekend. In the Nascar event “Meijer 200 Presented by Ritz” and will donate food for these backpacks.

Hilary won’t be the only one attending this event, a group of 24 school children from the Gallatin County Schools will also be at the event. Hilary will have the honor of dropping the flag for the Nascar race to begin.

For those of you that want to attend this event you can reserve your ticket at www.kentuckyspeedway.com or call 888-652-RACE. Make sure it is for this particular one. I won’t be making this but I sure hope they get tons of support and lots of backpacks filled up.

Hilary Duff is never seen without wearing something fashionable and here she is at the LAX wearing a tie-dye shirt, Yellow striped sweater jacket, long black scarf and jeans. Oops don’t forget those big shades, that’s the one thing I wish she’d do away with but it seems to be the fashionable thing for Hollywood stars, I guess it’s to protect their eyes from the harsh California sun. She left her hair in big loose curls and all down, parted just down the middle. She also carried her pretty pink cell phone in her left hand, wonder if it is her lifeline like it is so many of us.

Not sure if this is part of her next gig for NASCAR or if she was headed somewhere else. Either way, she was packed and ready to go.

Hilary Duff was recently spotted doing more good, this time she was in Normandie Avenue Elementary School as she gave out her wonderful backpacks. For those that don’t know Normandie is down in Los Angeles, California.

I just love that she can get out and mix with the people and even dress the part. When she shows up she doesn’t always have to be wearing a business suit or dress, jeans is okay with her and that’s great. For this event she kept it simple, left her hair down, parted to the side a bit with a large purple scarf. She wore blue jeans and a gray shirt. None of this stopped her from passing out the backpacks herself. When she decides to do something she does it all the way, right down to actually doing it herself.

Many have asked what is inside one of Hilary Duff’s Backpack Blessings. Since these are going around on my block we actually got to see what they consist of and I must say I was rather impressed.

Blue Backpack that will be replaced if it is ever damaged, these backpacks full of food come home every Friday and are asked you send them back on Monday.  Each backpack has a sealed plastic bag full of food. Inside is two milks, 2 cereals, oatmeal, snacks such as puddings/granola bars, etc. Peanut butter, crackers, can of fruit, apple juice, beanie & franks, mac n cheese and much more. As you can see these are crammed pack for two days worth of food.

This is a great thing she does and reaches many families that need it but would never ask.

So we all plan to do something special for Mom on Mother’s Day right? Curious as to what Hilary will be doing for her mom? Hilary told JustJared.com that she was planning on going to Napa! Wow, what a great Mother’s Day gift.

Hilary’s mom actually has a birthday two days after Mother’s Day so this was something they planned. They will go to Napa and do some wine tasting and a few other things Hilary already has planned. No clue if sister, Haylie will be attending but either way it sounds like something fun.

The Internet is definitely not something Hilary Duff knows how to use, but she does have a remedy for it…her boyfriend, Mike. Mike has been slowly introducing Hilary Duff to the Internet to teach her how to be a little bit savvy. I wonder which sites she visits.

“I’m really slow. You should see me on the internet. I’m really bad on the internet. If I have to find something or look something up, Mike has to be, ‘I’ll show you!’ ” However, Hilary says she is ready to join the latest social networking craze, website Twitter. “

Does she twitter yet?

“I didn’t start Twittering yet but my assistant set up an account for me.”

Hilary Duff is planning on walking for a cause. What cause? She is going to be walking for AIDS and has a commercial (the above) to talk a little about it. In this video Hilary Duff has her hair pulled back in a loose pony tail, big hoop earrings and a pink t-shirt that reads, “Tough times won’t break my stride.”

AIDS is on the rise. There’s a lot we can do about it, “We can get tested, protect ourselves and we can walk.” Hilary says all this while showing a condom wrapper and a screen that shows aidswalk.net or call 202 807 WALK. Will you be joining the cause?

From Hilary Duff Watch, I wish you all a very Happy Easter!  I’m sure Hilary Duff will be out there having a ball and who knows maybe hosting an Easter Egg hunt or something for kids. 

Hilary Duff will be on the Rachel Ray Show today to help Rachel celebrate her 500th episode. Course she won’t be the only one on the show, there will be a ton of guests today. Take a peek below at the list of those expected to show up:

There were also be tons of games, surprises, dinner guests and giveaways. Man, I wish I could be there for it. The recipes for today will be for Italian-style chicken and rice. Doesn’t that sound yummy, I wonder who gets to help her eat it.

We all know PETA hates anyone that would wear an animal or eat one and Hilary Duff has came straight out and admitted that she does both. She did all this on E! and talked a little about Mike.

“I don’t wear fur, I do wear leather. And I do eat animals.”

She says that she does respect them and thinks they do talk good about her sometimes but not all the times. She did state that one of her movies she was in a bull fighting ring and they got mad at her over it but on her side, there were no bulls being fought there.

Course then it broke to her and Mike. She loves hockey now and she’s learning all about it. But the best is when they go to Canada, Mike feels like he’s really playing hockey again. I can understand this, I’m sure it is a whole new atmosphere to him. Either way, I wish them both good luck.

Hilary Duff has landed a guest role on SVU, you’ll find her walking the streets in a long winter coat with her brown suede boots and blue jeans. Most of the pictures so far show her as all smiles and sometimes a bit serious looking. Hilary is seen pulling notes out of her long jacket, but later in other shots she is wearing a black leather jacket, I must say I like this one on her best.

Some shots show Hilary crying on a woman’s shoulder and looking very serious and upset. Makes one wonder if she isn’t acting as if she has a missing person to report. Later she’ll be bending into a trunk looking very cautious about her surroundings. Either way it looks like an episode of L&O I don’t want to miss. Shots in the video show Hilary playing at the park with a little girl with long blonde hair, my guess is she’ll be pretending on the show to be a mom. I think she’d make a cute one.

Hilary is seen spraying out the trunk of a vehicle (probably pretending it had blood in it. But that’s when the beat comes in and is questioning her. She’s acting as if she has no clue. So what do you think will happen on the show? My guess is her character reports her daughter or younger sister missing. There is blood or something in the trunk that she is washing out so I’m guessing she died in there. Hmm, sounds like a familiar case. Could this be based off of the Casey Anthony Case?
